We want you to feel confident ordering from The Ranch Selections. Because seed products are perishable and regulated, please review the following carefully.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your package arrives damaged or you receive the wrong genetics, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order details. We will work with you on a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Germination

Germination depends on grower technique, environment, and storage. We stand behind our genetics and will discuss good-faith issues case by case — email info@ranchselections.com.

Change of mind

Unopened orders may be eligible for return authorization if requested promptly before shipment or within a short window after delivery. Once packs are opened, returns are generally not accepted.
